SHIATSU - A sharp BLADE
As a complementary medicine, Shiatsu has a very holistic approach to the human body. Instead of focusing merely on the symptoms, Shiatsu investigates people's lifestyles, their passions, broken dreams, potential blockages, as well as their deep roots.
Thanks to a very fine diagnosis, the Shiatsu practitioner identifies the real cause for the appearance of symptoms. He or she appeals to the intelligence of the patient's body to initiate the healing process. Together, we investigate the strings which have to be cut for life to get back to its natural flow.
The real success happens when I can hand over the blade to my patient for him or her to cut what needs to be cut - in other words, when he or she takes responsibility for his or her own health.
SO WHAT ABOUT YOU? WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO CUT?

Individual shiatsu treatments take place in my ordination and cost 80€ per hour or 120€ for 1.5 hours.
Shiatsu has a meaningful impact over time. This is why I like working with blocks of 10 sessions each, from which I deduct the cost of the first treatment. Kindly book an appointment or contact me directly if you have further questions.

25 minutes of shiatsu at the workplace can turn a tense atmosphere into a pleasant creative day! An hour costs 70€. I come for a minimum of two hours directly to your premises within the Viennese district.

Shiatsu at school can have a meaningful impact on the overall atmosphere of the classroom as well as on the health of the teachers and students. In my workshops, students get to work together in pairs. They learn how to better listen to their body and how to communicate their boundaries in a healthy way … among other things.

I studied at Vienna International Academy for Hara Shiatsu.
During the three-year education program, I specialized in gynecology and child psychosomatics. I did a two-and-a-half-month internship in shiatsu and gynecology under the supervision of Ricarda Schober-Doneiser and another two-and-a-half-month internship at the Ottakring Hospital in Vienna in the department for child psychosomatics under the supervision of Philipp Bernhard Walz.
I currently co-lead 10-week courses in shiatsu and gynaecology for students at the International Shiatsu Academy.
